Basil and garlic dressing (easy 5-minute recipe)
Basil and garlic dressing is a super easy recipe that’s perfect for drizzling over seafood, salads, or over roasted meats and veggies. Made in under 5 minutes, and with just 4 ingredients, this will be your go-to dressing this summer!

- 1 cup of fresh basil
- 5 garlic cloves small-med, peeled
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar we used Jerez white vinegar
- ⅓ cup 2 fl oz/60ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
Start off by adding the garlic and a little oil to the food processor. Buzz for a minute, or until you see the garlic is nicely minced.
5 garlic cloves, ⅓ cup 2 fl oz/60ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Next, loosely chop the basil and add the leaves to the food processor. Add around half of the remaining oil and buzz for a few minutes until you reach the desired consistency. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more oil.
1 cup of fresh basil, 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar, ¼ teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
Transfer to a sealable air-tight jar or container. Store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
