- 5 oz / 140 grams of blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon of sherry we used Pedro Ximénez which is sweet
- 1 baguette or crackers for serving
Put your cheese into the mixing bowl and mash it with a fork until it’s fully broken apart and paste-like.
5 oz / 140 grams of blue cheese
Slowly add the sherry a little at a time. Keep mashing and mixing the two together with your fork until combined (around 1 minute). Aim for a creamy consistency.
1 tablespoon of sherry
Cover the spread and leave it out at room temp for an hour or two before serving (this allows the flavors to meld and will spread easily on bread or crackers).
Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
1 baguette or crackers
