- 1 ball of Burrata in brine
- 1-2 ripe nectarines or peaches
- Fresh Basil leaves for garnish
- Dried Ñora Pepper flakes optional - for garnish
- A few Walnuts loosely chopped (optional or garnish)
For the lemony herb dressing
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 lemons juiced
- Small handful of fresh basil leaves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 1 - Prepare the Lemon-Herb Dressing
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, zest, olive oil to the bowl and mix for 1 minute.

(OPTIONAL: Finely chop around half of the basil leaves and add to a small bowl.)

Season to taste and mix again.

Set aside for use later.
Step 2 - Make Burrata Salad
Lay a bed of salad greens and add the sliced nectarines or peaches on top. Leave a space in the middle for the burrata.

Carefully drain off the brine from the burrata ball and place it into the middle of the nectarines.

Step 3 - Add Dressing and Serve
Drizzle the dressing over salad right before serving.
Garnish with basil leaves, a pinch of ñora pepper flakes for added color, and sprinkle some chopped walnuts over the top for extra texture.
