- 1 ball of burrata around 3.5oz / 100g
- 3.5 oz. 100g Serrano ham
- 3.5 oz. 100g Roasted piquillo pepper (from the jar is fine)
- A small handful of freshly chopped parsley or basil
- 1-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
First, on a large plate or platter, lay a bed of Serrano ham and roasted Piquillo peppers.
3.5 oz. 100g Serrano ham, 3.5 oz. 100g Roasted piquillo pepper (from the jar is fine)
Carefully drain the brine from the burrata ball. To remove it from the packing, try to avoid touching the ball as they break easily — so roll it from the packaging on top of the bed of ham. Optionally, tear the ball into small strips and arrange around the plate.

Season with some freshly chopped parsley or basil, a pinch or two of salt and cracked black pepper, and finally, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
