- 100 g Serrano Ham
- 300 g Melon
- A handful of rocket or your favorite green
- ½ red onion finely sliced
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 50 g Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)
Lay a bed of salad greens and top with some finely sliced red onion.

Cut the melon into bite-size pieces and add them on top of the salad.
300 g Melon
Add the serrano ham.
100 g Serrano Ham
Tear the mozzarella into small strips and add to the salad.
50 g Mozzarella Cheese
Add the fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to a small bowl, mix well then dress the salad right before serving.
1 lemon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste
Use a microplane to top the salad with some lemon zest, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve. Enjoy!
