  • Chef knife
  • Small glass bowl
  • Microplane
  • Whisk
  • Serving platter
  • Salad serving spoons

Ingredients

  • 100 g Serrano Ham
  • 300 g Melon
  • A handful of rocket or your favorite green
  • ½ red onion finely sliced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 50 g Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Lay a bed of salad greens and top with some finely sliced red onion.
    A handful of rocket, ½ red onion
  • Cut the melon into bite-size pieces and add them on top of the salad.
    300 g Melon
  • Add the serrano ham.
    100 g Serrano Ham
  • Tear the mozzarella into small strips and add to the salad.
    50 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • Add the fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to a small bowl, mix well then dress the salad right before serving.
    1 lemon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Use a microplane to top the salad with some lemon zest, season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve. Enjoy!
