5 Keto Friendly Recipes to Try This Summer

1. Baked Mediterranean Chicken Thighs

This is one of the simplest chicken dishes to make ever but so, so tasty. Best of all, you make the sauce in the same tray and mix all the ingredients together before adding the chicken. Then, pop it in the oven. All this magic happens in 45 minutes (only 5 of those minutes are prep!).

2. Tomato & Burrata Salad with a Basil Dressing

If you love burrata (and who wouldn’t?!) then this is for you. If you’ve not tried burrata, you need this in your life. It’s a beautiful soft cheese made from mozzarella and cream — a match made in heaven.
